I think it would be great if you’d changed the targets on links in the forum. Target them to open in a new window :)

Me too :D But I thought that it’s bad for Fugitive if people surfs away from their site when they klick on a link.

I could not agree more. Prime example was when I followed your FF & LONDON POLICE link.

hope they can fix it especially as more links are being posted and I don't want to keep copy and pasting the web address and then going back again. LAzy I know but there must be a fix.

konqee, in Safari (Mac) and Firefox you hold down the commande key when you klick on a link and it opens in a new tab :D

It's a usability issue to force links to open in a new window. Any modern browser gives you the ability for you to choose if you want a new window or not. It's not our place to force anybody to go either way.

I hear you Shpigford. It makes sense. Personally I often want to stay on the site while klicking on a link, but you can always use tabs and stuff :)

when I follow the BB code example and type (img) (/img) around my pasted image links it dosent work, ie; does not show the pic in the post,( the actual link, go-to works of course)

That's strange! Did you check that you didnt have any "space" between the code and image?
Well of cousre right?! Do you use these: [ ] and not these: ( ) ?
It works for me all the time!?

sidewalk, you should’ve started a new thread about your problem. Don’t know why you’re writing about it in this one. But ok ;)
It should look like this, minus the blank spaces:
[ img]http://example.com/image.jpg[/img ]

Of course you have to paste the adress to your pic instead of the example url.

Just copy/paste form the (Some BB Code allowed).
