Escar Go is a snail with a motorhome on his back. He moves very slowly and spends a lot of his time sleeping or watching TV inside his shell, but only if he can find a full-service Kampground to plug himself into. He's always heading from one Kampground to the next. Just don't get caught talking to Escar Go, he's really kind of boring!
